Hue, VietnamOn July 4th, 2023, we arrived in Hue to a beautiful sunset, the first of many beautiful sunsets during our 10-day stay at the Peaceful Bamboo Family (TTG). We had become Eurasia Learning Institute members as part of the Happy Schools Hanoi team a few months before, and we had been to TTG on that joyful Gala dinner as part of the Happy Schools Symposium in April. But this trip was our first time to really spend time at TTG. As short as it was, our 10-day stay here still felt like an important initiation, a crossing of a threshold that truly let us see, taste, and live in what is the root and heart of Eurasia. Our brother Khanh had told us: "Most people see how inspiring a place TTG is, but as colleagues in Eurasia, we want you to also see the challenges and the community-building efforts here." Our other brother Hai, on the other hand, informally named our trip "Love TTG" prior to our arrival. The intention was probably for us, the newcomers, to grow closer and nurture our love and care for the TTG community.

To get started, select a section of the styling panel and make some adjustments. As you adjust different elements, you’ll see this story adjust to demonstrate how they look. Quotes use the theme’s title font, but you can also choose one of several different styling options.

Your theme’s accent color is used in both quotes (see above) and separators (below). If you add an express map to your story, your drawn features will use the accent color too.

ArcGIS <link>StoryMaps</link> is the professional version of StoryMaps and is available as part of <link2>ArcGIS Online</link2>. Both products share similar storytelling capabilities, so if you are familiar with StoryMaps, you'll feel right at home with ArcGIS StoryMaps. If you do not migrate your account to ArcGIS Online, you can save any content you would like to keep before the June 30, 2025, retirement date. The options for saving content include saving stories as a PDF and saving frames using a screen recording.

You are invited to migrate your account and content to ArcGIS Online where you can continue storytelling with maps. With ArcGIS Online, you’ll get access to ArcGIS StoryMaps and the easy-to-use story builder you are familiar with, plus so much more!

If you migrate your account to ArcGIS Online, you will have access to your existing stories, collections, and themes via ArcGIS StoryMaps, as well as an array of additional ArcGIS capabilities. (Your frames will be migrated and accessible when support for frames is added to ArcGIS StoryMaps.)
