Video games, or electronic games, are digital entertainment devices that people can engage with its graphics, auditory experience, and narratives. They involve either a user interface or an input device, such as a controller, keyboard, touchscreen, and many more devices (Wikipedia). Typically, a video can only be played if connected to an external display device which consists of a television screen, computer monitor, or handheld device. Video games come in various genres, ranging from simple puzzle-solving to complex story-driven games. With its technological advancements, video games are one of the most versatile and expanding form of entertainment in the world today.The Spanish Flu of 1918-1919 was one of the deadliest global pandemics in history. Following the events of World War I, this H1N1 influenza A virus affected nearly one-third of the world&apos;s population and killed an estimated 50 million people. The influenza was extremely deadly as it was a new virus strain that easily spread and infected individuals throughout the world. In newspaper was written by Dr. Gordan Henry Hirshberg, A.M., M.D. in the article &quot;Medical Science&apos;s Newest Discoveries About the &quot; Spanish Influenza,&quot; published by The Washington Times on October 6, 1918, the piece highlights the symptoms an individual may have if infected with the virus through five-day observation period, and the differences between the previously known influenza and the new Spanish influenza for individuals to take precautions. The article heavily reports the differences of the bacteria from the old influenza by observing intestinal symptoms, mucus color, and how the fever is &quot;sharper, higher, but shorter duration.&quot; In the action role-playing game, Vampyr (2018) is set in 1918 London during the Spanish Flu pandemic. Players take on the role of a doctor, who turned vampire, navigating the chaos of a city ravaged by the disease. The Spanish Flu connects to this particular video game as it uses the pandemic for exploring fear, societal collapse, and moral dilemmas. It vividly portrays the atmosphere of a city grappling with widespread illness, showcasing how pandemics disrupt everyday life and strain social structures.

To get started, select a section of the styling panel and make some adjustments. As you adjust different elements, you’ll see this story adjust to demonstrate how they look. StoryMaps.com Retirement and Migration to ArcGIS Online

After one year, you will need to purchase an ArcGIS Online subscription to continue using ArcGIS StoryMaps. Check out the StoryMaps <link>retirement page</link> for more information on the ArcGIS Online subscription options.

ArcGIS <link>StoryMaps</link> is the professional version of StoryMaps and is available as part of <link2>ArcGIS Online</link2>. Both products share similar storytelling capabilities, so if you are familiar with StoryMaps, you'll feel right at home with ArcGIS StoryMaps. If you do not migrate your account to ArcGIS Online, you can save any content you would like to keep before the June 30, 2025, retirement date. The options for saving content include saving stories as a PDF and saving frames using a screen recording.

You are invited to migrate your account and content to ArcGIS Online where you can continue storytelling with maps. With ArcGIS Online, you’ll get access to ArcGIS StoryMaps and the easy-to-use story builder you are familiar with, plus so much more!

If you migrate your account to ArcGIS Online, you will have access to your existing stories, collections, and themes via ArcGIS StoryMaps, as well as an array of additional ArcGIS capabilities. (Your frames will be migrated and accessible when support for frames is added to ArcGIS StoryMaps.)
