The World of AI
AI has rapidly grown over the past few years. Here's a quick recap.
Artificial Intelligence, better known as AI, has rapidly grown over the past few years. AI is embedded in almost every aspect of technology. AI has taken over many platforms, such as Google, Samsung, and has even become a tool for people to use to create fun stickers and websites. While AI may be intriguing to many, it has also become a serious concern to many world governments, and the citizens of many nations. Some things that may be good, can also lead to things that are bad.
AI has been implemented in phone software. Recently, Samsung introduced Galaxy AI, a new AI software built into the new Samsung Galaxy phone lineup. Samsung highlights their new AI-powered Translator tool that can break down language barriers over the phone with Live Translate.

Dove Brand spoke on the use of AI in beauty commercials.
In a recent article, Dove, the brand behind the many bath and beauty products broke silence on the use of AI in ads. "At Dove, we seek a future in which women – not algorithms – get to decide and declare what real beauty looks like," said Alessandro Manfredi, chief marketing officer for Dove. It is said by experts that AI could make up 90% of online content by 2025. AI is so real that we would not even know the difference.
AI has grabbed the attention of the government. There are some legislators who believe that AI is the "next big thing" but others are worried about the logistics-as they should be. Rep. Jay Obernolte holds a graduate degree in artificial intelligence, and he is hard at work to ensure that privacy regulations are a top priority of congress. He says that he is an optimist when it comes to the potential for artificial intelligence, but Congress needs to make sure it is protecting Americans from the potential negatives and disruption that AI brings, which anyone has the right to want the same.
So, as you've seen, AI has been "cool" but it has also drawn concerns from different perspectives. If AI is supposed to better our lives, we must make sure it is not going to harm citizens, but serve as a positive impact on lives. There is so much potential for AI, as it has made its way into hospitals, companies, and of course, the one thing we are all glued to- our phones.
