The Industrial Revolution sparked a new wave of technology followed by changes in Europe's economy and social structure. With the rise of factories, the working class exponentially grew and became an integral part of industrialization. However, this came with negative consequences as the working class was continuously subjected to dangerous and unsanitary working conditions. Workers were made to work long hours for low wages in factories with dangerous machinery and other risks that could cause accidents or health problems. This led to many calling for change and reform that has played a significant role in the working conditions of the modern world. The dangerous, unsanitary working conditions during the Industrial Revolution spurred calls for reform which have influenced the labor and standard of living in the world today.

To get started, select a section of the styling panel and make some adjustments. As you adjust different elements, you’ll see this story adjust to demonstrate how they look. Your theme’s accent color is used in both quotes (see above) and separators (below). If you add an express map to your story, your drawn features will use the accent color too.

If you do not migrate your account to ArcGIS Online, you can save any content you would like to keep before the June 30, 2025, retirement date. The options for saving content include saving stories as a PDF and saving frames using a screen recording.

If you migrate your account to ArcGIS Online, you will have access to your existing stories, collections, and themes via ArcGIS StoryMaps, as well as an array of additional ArcGIS capabilities. (Your frames will be migrated and accessible when support for frames is added to ArcGIS StoryMaps.)
